Job Overview

We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies for our enterprise clients, driving organic growth, and staying ahead of search engine algorithm updates.

As a senior member of our team, you'll mentor junior SEO specialists, collaborate with content and development teams, and present strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for maximum search visibility
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO recommendations
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members
• Manage link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success
• Expert knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
• Experience with enterprise-level SEO strategies and international SEO
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Preferred:

• Experience with e-commerce SEO
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms
• Background in content strategy or digital PR
